I'm on a cruise, and my connection is poor
While eSIM data works in 130+ countries (on land, and at sea), your device still needs to be able to connect to a cell tower in order to use your data package.
If you're experiencing a poor connection while on a cruise, it's likely due to a poor signal from the nearest cell tower. The closer you are to land, the stronger your eSIM data connection should be.
