How does aloSIM+ work?

An aloSIM+ account owner logs into the portal and invites members to join their group. Once a member accepts an invitation to join an aloSIM+ group, they can use aloSIM (app or web store) to purchase data packages and pay for it using the group’s shared account credit.

I’ve been invited to join an aloSIM+ account. What does it mean?

Joining someone’s aloSIM+ account means you can purchase prepaid data packages from aloSIM (app or web store) and charge the cost directly to the aloSIM+ group.

I’m a member of an aloSIM+ account. How do I get free data?

Once you have accepted a member’s invitation to an aloSIM+ account, shop on app.alosim.com or use the free aloSIM app (available on the App Store and Google Play) to browse data packages in 175+ countries. During checkout, you’ll see the option to charge your data purchase directly to the aloSIM+ account.

Can my family and I share a single data package for our vacation?

While you share *credit* with members of your aloSIM+ group, you cannot share a single data package/eSIM between more than one device.

aloSIM+ groups make it easy for one person (the owner) to add funds that are accessible by anyone they invite to the group. But each person will always need their own individual eSIM installed on their device in order to use a data package.
