How do I fix the "Unfortunately, your device does not support eSIM technology" error?
If you're attempting to install an eSIM on your device and you see the following eSIM error message ...
"Unfortunately, your device does not support eSIM technology"
... it doesn't necessarily mean that your device isn't compatible (especially if you've already confirmed it's on our list of eSIM-compatible phones, tablets, and computers).
If you've been using the online store, we recommend you download the iOS version of aloSIM (available for free on the App Store) or the Android version of aloSIM (available for free on Google Play).
Using the proper app often eliminates this error message.
