How do I fix "PDP Authentication Failure"?
If your iPhone or iPad displays a PDP Authentication Failure error message, please follow these steps to correct the issue ...
1. Toggle your device to Airplane Mode
2. Leave your iPhone or iPad on Airplane Mode for five seconds
3. Turn Airplane Mode off
4. Restart your iPhone or iPad
5. Once your device restarts, reset your network settings
- OPTION 1: "General" > "Reset" > "Reset Network Settings"
- OPTION 2: "General" > "Transfer or Reset iPhone" > "Reset" > "Reset Network Settings"
6. Once your device has reset its network settings, go back to "Settings" > "Cellular" or "Cellular Data"
7. Make sure the APN is set to "alosim"
