If your eSIM is still installed on your phone, it's easy to top it up by adding new data. 

How do I top up my eSIM?

1. In your aloSIM app, tap "My eSIMs" 

2. Select the eSIM you wish to top up

3. Tap the blue "Top up eSIM" button 

4. Purchase a new data package for this eSIM

Wi-Fi or data is required to complete the transaction, so it's a good idea to top up before your first package expires so you're not stuck without internet.

When will my new data plan start working?

• If you're topping up an eSIM you're already using, the new plan will automatically start working once your current package expires.
• If you're topping up an eSIM that you used on a previous trip, you'll need to update your phone settings (and arrive in the correct country/region) for this package to activate
