How can I get a receipt for my aloSIM payment?
You will receive an emailed receipt after every aloSIM purchase.
If you pay via credit card or aloCASH, your purchase receipt will be automatically emailed to the email address associated with your aloSIM account. (Tap "Profile" in your aloSIM app and you will see the email address on file.)
If you pay via Apple Pay, your purchase receipt will be automatically emailed to your Apple ID email address. (Check the "Mail" app on your iOS device, since you may not check this email account regularly.)
If you pay via Google Pay, your purchase receipt will be automatically emailed to the email address connected to your Google account. (Check the Gmail app on your device.)
