If you tried to use an aloSIM discount code and received an error message that said 'Offer valid for new customers only,' that particular discount code can only be used by people who have never shopped with aloSIM before.

For certain promotions (including our aloSIM Refer & Earn program), we offer special discounts to brand-new customers as a way to encourage them to try aloSIM for the first time.

Once someone has made a purchase with aloSIM and they're officially a customer, discount codes or promotions for first-time users can't be applied to their account.
