Why is my Mobile Network showing "Forbidden" on my Google Pixel?
If you're trying to use eSIM on a Google Pixel, it's possible one (or more) of your Mobile Network options is showing "forbidden."
If this is happening on your device, here's what you can try:
1. On your Google Pixel, open "Settings"
2. Tap "System"
3. Tap "Reset options"
4. Tap "Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth"
5. Tap "Reset settings"
If you are still unable to connect to the correct supported network with your eSIM, it's possible your primary SIM has been locked to a particular carrier, and it's forbidding you from using another network. Please reach out to our Support team via email (support@alosim.com) or live chat.
