Your eSIM Network Selection setting can be found in a slightly different place depending on which device you're using, and sometimes our team asks you to check your Network Selection setting to make sure things are set correctly.

Here's how to find your eSIM Network Selection setting based on which device you're using ...

iPhone or iPad:

1. Go to "Settings"
2. Tap "Cellular" (sometimes called "Network" or "Mobile Data")
3. Tap your eSIM from aloSIM
4. Tap "Network Selection"
5. Make sure "Automatic" is toggled on

Google Pixel:

1. Go to "Settings"
2. Tap "Network & internet"
3. Under "SIMs," select your eSIM from aloSIM

4. Scroll down and make sure “Automatically select network” is toggled ON

Samsung:

1. Go to "Settings"
2. Tap "Connections"
3. Tap "Mobile networks"
4. Tap "Network operators"
5. Make sure "Select automatically" is toggled on
