How do I know if my eSIM is on?
Not sure if your eSIM is on or off? Wondering if your eSIM is allowed to "roam" and connect to aloSIM's support networks to use data? We can help!
Here's how to easily double-check that your eSIM is toggled on and allowed to roam ...
iPhone or iPad:
- Go to "Settings:
- Tap "Cellular" (sometimes called "Network")
- Tap your eSIM from aloSIM
- Make sure "Turn On This Line" is toggled ON
- Make sure "Data Roaming" is toggled ON
Google Pixel:
- Go to "Settings:
- Tap "Network & internet"
- Under "SIMs," select your eSIM from aloSIM
- Make sure "Use SIM" is toggled ON
- Make sure "Mobile data" is toggled ON
- Make sure "Roaming" is toggled ON
Samsung:
- Go to "Settings:
- Tap "Connections"
- Tap "SIM manager" or "SIM card manager"
- Make sure your eSIM is toggled ON
- Then tap your eSIM
- Make sure "Data roaming" is toggled ON
