How do I know which networks are supported?
Every aloSIM eSIM supports at least one high-quality network, and many of our eSIMs support two or three different networks.
While we always recommend keeping your eSIM Network Selection set to "Automatic" so we can connect you to the best possible network, there are two ways to see exactly which networks are supported.
When you're shopping for an eSIM data package, you can tap "View" under "Network" to display which networks the eSIM supports.
Or if you have already purchased the eSIM data package, you can tap on your eSIM card, then tap "View" under "Network" to display which networks the eSIM supports.
This information comes in handy if you need to manually connect to a specific supported network. Because when you toggle your Network Selection off "Automatic" mode, it will search and find all local networks ... even ones that are NOT supported by your eSIM.
Again, we recommend keeping your eSIM Network Selection set to "Automatic" at all times, so your eSIM can automatically choose the best possible data connection. (And this may change, as you move around a country or region.)
But if you do need to manually connect to a specific network, please make sure you are only attempting to connect to a supported network, as shown here.
