Forgot your password? No problem!

Here's how to reset your password so you can continue using your aloSIM app and accessing mobile data packages:

1. Open your aloSIM app

2. Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen

3. You'll be prompted to enter your aloSIM email address so we can send you a temporary password reset link via email

4. Check your email (including junk/spam folders) for an aloSIM email with a password reset link

5. Click the password reset link to log back into your aloSIM account

6. Use these instructions to change your aloSIM password to something stronger
