Depending on your device, it may automatically name your aloSIM data package "Play" or "Travel."

That's no problem! Your package can have any name at all. (And you can choose to rename if you'd like to call it something else.)

Just make sure:

• Your APN is set to "alosim"
• Your aloSIM plan/line is turned "on"
  
  • Data Roaming is "on" for your aloSIM eSIM
  • Data Roaming is "off" for your primary SIM (if you have one)
• Cellular data is set to your aloSIM plan
  • Allow Cellular Data Switching is "off" (to prevent your device from trying to use your primary SIM for data)
