How do I find my ICCID?
Every eSIM profile (or physical SIM card) has a unique number called an ICCID, and it's how to tell SIMs apart. It's easy to locate your eSIM profile's ICCID within your device's settings.
Sometimes our support agents will ask you to see if an ICCID is on your device because it's how we can tell your eSIM has been successfully installed.
How to find your ICCID on an iPhone or iPad:
1. Go to "Settings"
2. Select "Cellular" or "Network"
3. You should see a list of all SIMs (physical SIM cards and eSIMs). Please make sure your eSIM from aloSIM is ON. (If it's not ON, tap it and toggle 'Turn On This Line' ON. Otherwise, you will not be able to see your ICCID.)
4. Go back to "Settings"
5. Select "General"
6. Choose "About"
7. Scroll down to review the ICCIDs for any active SIMs
If you do NOT see an ICCID for your eSIM on your iPhone or iPad, that means your eSIM isn't available (and it may indicate that the installation was not completed successfully). Please contact us via email (support@alosim.com) or live chat.

1. Go to "Settings"
2. Tap "Network & Internet"
3. Select "SIMs"
4. You should see a list of all SIMs (physical SIM cards and eSIMs). Please make sure your eSIM from aloSIM is ON. (If it's not ON, tap it and toggle it ON. Otherwise, you will not be able to see your ICCID.)
5. Go back to "Settings"
6. Scroll down to tap "About Phone"
7. Tap "SIM Status" to review the ICCIDs for any active SIMs
If you do NOT see an ICCID for your eSIM on your Google Pixel, that means your eSIM is not active (and it may indicate that the installation was not completed successfully). Please contact us via email (support@alosim.com) or live chat.
How to find your ICCID on a Samsung device:
1. Go to "Settings"
2. Select "Connections"
3. Select "SIM Manager"
4. You should see a list of all SIMs (physical SIM cards and eSIMs). Please make sure your eSIM from aloSIM is ON. (If it's not ON, toggle it ON. Otherwise, you will not be able to see your ICCID.)
5. Once it's toggled on, tap your eSIM
6. Tap "More information" to review the ICCIDs for any active SIMs
(Some Samsung devices may require you to instead select "About Phone" or "About Device" and then "Status" or "SIM Status" followed by "IMEI Information" and/or "Locate ICCID" to review the ICCIDs for any active SIMs.)
If you do NOT see an ICCID for your eSIM on your Samsung device, that means your eSIM is not active (and it may indicate that the installation was not completed successfully). Please contact us via email (support@alosim.com) or live chat.
