When will my eSIM data start working?
Prepaid eSIM data packages from aloSIM activate automatically once you arrive in the correct country or region.
If you're still at home, please install your eSIM and prepare your phone for international travel. Your data will not begin working yet. Once you arrive at your destination, your eSIM will automatically connect and begin providing mobile data.
If you're already in the correct country or region for this eSIM, make sure your eSIM is installed and your phone settings are correct. Once you have selected your eSIM as your phone's data source (and switched off Airplane Mode), your eSIM should automatically connect.
