We always recommend aloSIM customers leave "Network Selection" on "Automatic." That ensures your device is only going to connect to networks supported by your aloSIM data plan.
But if you've attempted to connect manually, that means you may have selected a non-supported network. (The manual list may bring up five or six different available networks, but likely only one or two networks are compatible with your aloSIM data plan.)
And if you manually choose a non-compatible network, your data will not work.
If this happened to you, here's how to get your data working:
* Switch your Network Selection to "Automatic"
* Wait a few seconds while your device connects automatically to a supported network (Android devices may also display a "Registered on Network" message)
* Make sure "Data Roaming" is still set to ON for your aloSIM plan
* Make sure your APN is set to "alosim" in the name field and the APN field
