How do I find my ICCID?
Every eSIM profile (or physical SIM card) has a unique number called an ICCID, and it's how to tell SIMs apart. It's easy to locate your eSIM profile's ICCID within your device's settings.
How to find your ICCID on an iPhone or iPad:
1. Go to "Settings"
2. Select "General"
3. Choose "About"
4. Scroll down to review the ICCIDs for any active SIMs
If you do NOT see an ICCID for your eSIM on your iPhone or iPad, that means your eSIM is not active (and it may indicate that the installation was not completed successfully). Please contact us via email (support@alosim.com) or live chat.
