How do I install eSIM on my Motorola RAZR Android device?
1. From the home screen, swipe up to access your apps
2. Go to "Settings" then "Network & internet"
3. Under "Mobile network," you'll see a "Download your SIM" prompt
4. Choose the plus + icon, then tap "Next"
5. Scan your aloSIM QR code (viewable in aloSIM under "My eSIMs")
6. Tap "Activate" to complete the installation, and then restart your device
Make sure your eSIM's name is "aloSIM" and its APN is also "alosim" (If you've never done that before and you'd like a little more guidance, we have a separate post with instructions.)
