Why is my eSIM still connected to a network, even though my package has expired?
Once your data package has expired, your device will still show your eSIM connection at the top of your screen until you've turned your aloSIM plan "OFF" in your settings.
Your eSIM connection will continue to seem "available," even if you have gone back to using your Primary SIM for cellular data again.
While it may appear you are still connected to two networks, you won't be able to use any data once your package has expired.
If this happens to you, don't delete your eSIM. It's best to just turn off your eSIM using these instructions.
