Why can't my Google Pixel eSIM connect?
Several of our users have reported connectively problems with their eSIM-compatible Google Pixel devices, especially while trying to use Japan networks.
If your Google Pixel says "Can't connect" in your network settings or you are struggling to connect to a network supported by aloSIM, this is often resolved with a software update.
Please make sure your Google Pixel is running the latest operating software.
Not sure if your Google Pixel's operating system is up to date?
- Open "Settings"
- Tap "About phone" (near the bottom)
- Scroll down and tap "Android version"
- It will let you check for updates and tell you if your device is up to date
How to update your Google Pixel operating system:
- Open "Settings"
- Tap "System"
- Tap "System update"
- Follow the prompts to update your operating system if needed
