Where do I find my eSIM APN setting?
Your eSIM APN setting can be found in a slightly different place depending on which device you're using, and sometimes our team needs to see a screenshot of your APN setting so we can make sure things are set correctly.
Here's how to find your eSIM APN setting based on which device you're using ...
iPhone or iPad:
- Go to "Settings"
- Tap "Cellular" (sometimes called "Network" or "Mobile Data")
- Tap your eSIM from aloSIM
- Tap "Cellular Data Network"
- Make sure it shows "alosim" in the Name and APN fields
This is the type of screenshot you'll send to aloSIM Support, if they ask to see your iPhone or iPad's APN settings ...
If your iPhone or iPad APN does not show "alosim" in these fields, you can change it so it says "alosim" in the Name field and "alosim" in the APN field.
Google Pixel:
- Go to "Settings"
- Tap "Network & internet"
- Under "SIMs," select your eSIM from aloSIM
- Scroll down to tap "Access Point Names"
- Make sure it shows "alosim" in the Name and APN fields

If your Google Pixel APN does not show "alosim" in these fields, you can change it so it says "alosim" in the Name field and "alosim" in the APN field.
Samsung:
- Go to "Settings"
- Tap "Connections"
- Tap "Mobile networks"
- Tap "Access Point Names"
- Make sure the selected APN shows "alosim" and "alosim"
